Quiet Becoming 4 : Becoming the Woman God Is Shaping You Into

You may not fully recognize yourself right now. Not because something is wrong but because something is changing.

You’re not who you used to be and you’re not yet who you’re becoming.

And somewhere in between… you find yourself trying to understand it all.

The In-Between Season

This part of the journey can feel confusing.

You’ve outgrown certain habits.

You’ve started seeing things differently.

You’ve begun to let go of what once felt familiar.

But you haven’t quite stepped into what’s next.

So you’re here

in the middle.

Not where you were…

but not yet where you’re going.

And sometimes, that space can feel uncertain.

But Growth Is Happening

Even if it doesn’t feel obvious.

Even if it’s not loud.

Even if no one else can see it.

Growth is happening in:

  • the way you respond differently
  • the things you no longer tolerate
  • the peace you’re slowly choosing
  • the strength you’re quietly building

You may not feel “there” yet… but you are not where you used to be.

And that matters.

Scripture Anchor

Philippians 1:6

“Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

God Is Still Working

God has not stopped working on you.

Even in the quiet.

Even in the slow moments.

Even when you feel unsure of yourself.

This process you’re in?

It’s not random.

It’s intentional.

God is shaping you, not just for where you’re going,

but for who you are becoming.

Becoming, Not Arriving

You don’t have to have everything figured out.

You don’t have to be “perfect” to be progressing.

You don’t have to rush into the next version of yourself.

Because this isn’t about arriving.

It’s about becoming.

Becoming stronger.

Becoming wiser.

Becoming more aligned with who God created you to be.

And that takes time.

A Gentle Reminder

You are allowed to grow slowly.

You are allowed to take your time.

You are allowed to be in process.

This in-between version of you?

She is not incomplete.

She is becoming.

So if you’ve been feeling unsure…

if you’ve been questioning your progress…

if you’ve been wondering whether anything is really changing-

Pause.

Look back.

See how far you’ve come.

You may not be where you want to be yet…

but you are no longer who you used to be.

And that alone is proof that something beautiful is happening.

Reflection

Take a moment today and ask yourself:

In what ways have I grown, even if it’s small?

Honor that growth.

You’re becoming… even now 🤍

As we wrap up this series…

Maybe you’ve seen parts of yourself in these words.

The waiting.

The letting go.

The healing.

The becoming.

And maybe you’re realizing that every season- even the quiet, confusing, and uncomfortable ones has been shaping you.

This is exactly what I’ve been pouring my heart into…

“The Seasons That Shape Us.”

A reflection on faith, growth, and womanhood and how God uses every season to form us into who we’re meant to be.

Coming this May 🤍

Good Morning and have a beautiful weekend 💖
